Sudoku program, Marijuana grows brain cells,Belkin Router

My Sudoku program - executable jar, download from sudo.jar
run like this:
java -jar sudo.jar
the source code is also available on that i8 site.
It doesnt use triples. Indeed very few Sudoka puzzles require doubles, I have yet to find one in a newspaper that requires triples.

Belkin F6D3230-4 wireless A+G router: the port 80 pass through does Not work
we cannot see our web server from outside the LAN
Previous router (non wireless Navini) worked fine.
Internal Lan can see the web server
Direct connect of Server to ISP enables world to see our web server
So it seems the Belkin "virtual server" is faulty
