As of last week...Sadly, only 30 OZE invaders injured 2 serious, (NYT) Hamas obviously hasnt got the good rockets, as shown by OZE helicopters in the air last week, where there were afraid to fly over Lebanon.

Monsoon

By looking at 6500-year-old fossil corals in Indonesia, Abram and her colleagues found that strong monsoons - which bring more warm, moist air and rain to India than usual - have historically been associated with cool sea temperatures on the other side of the Indian Ocean, close to the western coast of Indonesia.
...Climatologists call this an Indian Ocean Dipole (IOD) event. Dipole events are associated with drought in Indonesia and all the way to southern Australia, so Abram's findings suggest that strong Asian monsoons cause drought in these regions through an IOD.

Acid Seas
There is a lot of alarming talk about acid seas.
The coral reefs we have now are rather young, Great Barrier is 45K years old?
In other ages, different organisms built reefs.
So something surely build, unless the seas go stinky.
Did sea shells exist under previous high CO2?

The current biosphere is unusually diverse, and oddly cold.
If acid really does kill krill, which isnt certain, then the big whales are history. Gaia may never build em so big again.
