Arabunna Elder Mr Kevin Buzzacott was arrested tonight at the Aboriginal Tent Embassy in Canberra and charged with contempt of court...a charge of theft, which relates to his removal of the Kangaroo and Emu (displayed on the Australian coat of arms) from outside the Old Parliament House
