Children held at Camp Xray, US admits (On Australian news, Not USA news) 22April03

The US military has revealed it is holding juveniles at its high-security prison for terrorists at Guantanamo Bay in Cuba, known as Camp Xray.
The commander of the joint task force at Guantanamo, Major General Geoffrey Miller, says more than one child under the age of 16 is at the detention centre.
However, Maj Gen Miller has revealed little more about their welfare.

A statement circulated by the protesters vehemently denounced Sheik Fartosi's alleged arrest, as well as that of sheiks Abdul Rahman Shwili and Abdel Rahman Fetlawi and three travelling companions.

The statement charged that it "recalled the methods of the tyrant Saddam Hussein and his gang", and warned of "serious consequences".

What has happened to all those Yankee gun-totin, anti-big-Government, libertarians. Revolting though they were, they did stand for some sort of freedom.
Not a peep out of them since the USA recently lost Habeus Corpus, Privacy, Due Process, and any balance in their MainStream Media.
